What about billing?

We can collaborate in different ways.
Together we can determine the right working method for your client and the project:

  • Working for you.
    You remain the point of contact for your client, and I work in the background.
  • Direct link with your client or team.
    I work directly with your client or team while you maintain control and stay informed.
  • Temporary team reinforcement.
    On-site (North Brabant/North Limburg) or remote.

A one-off project is just as welcome as a recurring collaboration. I like to invest in a good business relationship where we can continue to work together when desired, without it becoming an obligation.

I find clarity and honesty upfront just as important as a good end result.

That’s why I usually work with a fixed price, based on the scope and briefing that we establish together. This way you know what something costs in advance, without surprises afterwards.

If the project deviates from the original scope during the process, we’ll make concrete agreements about it, through additional work or subsequent calculation, instead of this only becoming clear afterwards.

Upon approval of the quote, I usually work with a down payment. The exact amount and the billing moments thereafter are always in consultation, and based on my own experience, I’m happy to think along with you about what works practically for both parties.

And the best part of all: I arrange this for a fair price, without hidden costs or expensive management fees. No lock-in constructions or throat-cutting contracts with fine print—I’m happy to leave that to others. You work with me because it works, not because you’re stuck with something.
